What Were Looking For
We are looking for professionals with a strong interest in:
Real Estate Investment Analysis
Economics and International Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities
Conducting financial cash flow analysis (Excel)
Preparing marketing materials and sales documentation
Providing consultancy and buy-side advisory reports
Assisting in the creation of presentations and pitch documents
Participating in on-site property inspections
Asset Types youll work with include:
Shopping centres retail parks supermarkets/hypermarkets sale & leaseback portfolios leisure and mixed-use centres and other retail assets.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong report writing skills in English
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Prior valuation experience is a plus (not essential)
Bilingual: English and Spanish
Team-oriented collaborative attitude and knowledge-sharing spirit
Committed to delivering outstanding client service and continuous improvement
