Job Description
Location: Greater Vancouver Area Canada
Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) is expanding its service capabilities and currently seeks a motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As an FST 1 you will play a crucial role in delivering technical service solutions to our valued customers including installations maintenance and emergency support across British Columbia Alberta and other regions of Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform installations maintenance and repairs of ASP systems within British Columbia and Alberta and other regions of Canada when needed.
- Provide technical support and respond to customer requests for emergency service.
- Support the local FSE II to manage all responsibilities of primary territory including compliance and documentation requirements
- Flexibility to travel locally regionally and nationally as required with occasional international travel.
Work Environment:
- Spend 90% of your time in hospital and surgery center environments ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a home office for administrative tasks contributing to a balanced work setup.
Qualifications:
- Resident of the Greater Vancouver Area
- You must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada
- Diploma in Electronics Electrical or Biomedical Engineering Technology with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer operating systems (e.g. Windows 10) and office software (Word Excel).
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service enhancing ASP product support.
- Proficiency in spoken French is considered an asset.
