We are seeking a Principal Engineer to serve as a senior-most individual contributor across our banks technology organisation. In this pivotal role you will operate as a hands-on technical leader advisor and influencer collaborating across engineering digital product and business teams to shape and drive the most complex mission-critical technology initiatives.
This role does not manage people but leads through deep technical authority exceptional problem solving cross-functional influence and a relentless drive for engineering excellence. You will set the technical direction for major programs advise product and platform engineering teams and act as a critical bridge between architecture delivery security and innovation.
You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies mentor others whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies.
