We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Business Analyst:
Responsibilities:
- Gather understand and analyze business requirements translating them into functional and non-functional specifications including Epics Features and Stories.
- Apply business analysis best practices across all phases of the requirements lifecycle: planning elaboration analysis validation and communication.
- Decompose complex business models identify critical functions and define interdependencies to support effective solution design.
- Understand the product and its processes within the business cycle to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct testing practices (e.g. User Acceptance Testing - UAT) to verify that solutions meet business requirements and resolve defined problems.
- Review and prioritize the Agile Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning including coordination of dependencies and sequencing of technical functionality.
- Participate in team demos and review completed user stories for acceptance.
- Manage and negotiate with challenging stakeholders during elicitation sessions and throughout the development lifecycle with moderate supervision.
- Engage in process modeling using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Participate in UI/UX discussions to ensure delivery of the best user experience.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of the Business Analysis process and methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive the requirements process independently.
- Experience working in Agile environments with backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Languages:
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
