Salary Range: $60000.00 to $110000.00 annually bonus benefits

TheEnterprise Data Products (EDP)organizationis part of the American ExpressTechnology Group. EDP manages the Big Data Ecosystem which helps to centralize data across the company with built-in governanceanddemocratization ofaccess to a broad user team is driving the future of our business by building products and platforms that delivers trusted and quality data for decision science processes big data applications and analytical users. We are looking for multiple Product Operational Managers across different work streams Cornerstone BI and Lumi. This role works closely with Business Technology and Infrastructure partners to address Initiatives across the enterprise as well as adoption of training users onto Lumi.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and technology partners to deliver customer centric solutions best tailored to AXPcolleague and customer needs.
- Partner with product manager to define vision and strategy for real time processing platform to assist use case teams and deliver seamless user experience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements for real time processing
- Define and prioritize features and define requirements in user stories in Jira/Rally
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to manage the business
- Strong analytical problem-solving/quantitative skills
- Develop presentations and communicate with various levels of leadership across the enterprise.
- Identify needs opportunities gaps and resolve customer challenges with real time product offerings and enhancements.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science math business or related discipline.
- 2 years of product owner experience in driving agile development processes to deliver new product asks.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can combine problem-resolution and critical thinking to apply a business lens to design customer-obsessed solutions.
- Attention to detail you are not afraid to question the details or challenge the status quo
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders.
- Prior industry experience in product management would be preferred
