Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls responding to emails and engaging in live chat interactions to assist customers with a range of issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone email and chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed to their satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
