Job Description
Job Title: Fulltime Radiology Technologist
Location: Phoenix Goodyear Scottsdale
Weekly Hours: 40
Work Schedule: 5x8s
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $58000 - $70000
Sign On: $15000 (based on eligibility)
Must Have:
- ARRT (R)
- AZ License
- BLS
- New Grads Welcome to apply
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
Details:
- Perform general radiography and bone density studies as ordered byclinical requisitions
- Explain procedures clearly to patients and provide guidance throughout the imaging process
- Position patients safely and accurately to capture optimal diagnosticviews
- Adjust fluoroscopy equipment settings according to procedure requirements
- Input patient history into the electronic medical record and scan supporting documentation
- Maintain patient safety and adhere to all standard infection control protocols
- Ensure a clean sterile work environment at all times
- Complete documentation necessary for accurate billing and timely patient care
- Manage inventory of imaging supplies and escalate restocking needs as appropriate
- Receive and verify supply orders and assist with cost control measures
