Job Description
Position: Certified Safety Representative
Location: The Woodlands TX (covering TX LA AR MS)
Travel: Up to 50%
Reports To: Safety and Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across office and field operations
-
Ensure compliance with federal state local and client-specific safety regulations
-
Conduct site inspections incident investigations and safety audits
-
Develop and deliver safety training programs
-
Maintain OSHA and internal safety records
-
Support safety compliance at multiple locations as needed
Qualifications:
-
Associates/Bachelors in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 3 years in construction or energy sector safety
-
REQUIRED: Safety certification (ASP CSP CUSP CSST OHST COSS) or OSHA 510/511
-
Strong knowledge of OSHA MSHA EPA DOT NFPA ANSI standards
-
Valid drivers license; CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
