Accounts Payable Specialist- Full-Time
Alabama Outdoors the leading outdoor brand in Alabama is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Our organization believes in a simple focus on the customer being the most trusted source for their outdoor adventures. Summary
Are you someone with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail Do you enjoy the sense of having a task list and marking it complete We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to perform the following tasks:
- Accounts Payable matching and entry for both inventory and operating expenses
- Manage vendor communications and relationships related to invoices and statements
- Monthly reconciling of invoices paid and open receivers
- Basic accounting system entries
- Updates and tracking using internal documents
Recent experience in an accounting department working with Accounts Payable is highly desired.
Skills and Specification
- Team player who buys into the Purpose of Alabama Outdoors
- Quick learner that takes coaching well
- Experience with Microsoft Office Teams Excel and Word
- Self-motivated and confident
- Enjoys problem solving
