Job Description
About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a patient compassionate female caregiver to provide support for an elderly woman in her 80s. The client is very conservative enjoys watching TVN and church sermon videos on YouTube and loves talking about the Bible throughout the day. A caregiver who is respectful attentive and comfortable with daily conversation on religious topics is highly preferred.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 3 Days a Week Monday Thursday and Friday 10:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Location: Cypress TX 77433
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and respectful conversation
- Assisting with daily bed baths and hygiene following bathroom use
- Escorting the client from her room to the living room
- Preparing breakfast and serving coffee each morning
- Tidying and organizing her room regularly
- Sitting in during therapy sessions and assisting with walking afterward
Requirements:
- Female caregiver with at least 4-10years of experience
- Patient warm and able to engage in light conversation
- Must wear scrubs (no revealing clothing)
- Comfortable supporting a client with strong traditional values
