CFO permanent position

Were looking foran exceptional CFO who will be a key member of management and a vital part of a rapidly growing Real Estate and Technology company in Miami Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all treasury functions cash management and banking relationships
• Responsible for Strategic planning and Capital Raising as well as Investment relationships
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure sound financial controls across the organization
• Prepare variance analysis and commentary for monthly financial statements
• Prepare annual budgets and long-range forecasts for each operating business unit as well as rollup to corporate
• Work with CPA firm to manage annual tax return preparation process
• Work with CPA firm to manage annual financial statement audit process
• Preparation and review of all required periodic reporting to investors
• Manage and report on capital improvement projects at managed properties
• Ensure proper GAAP accounting rules are followed for revenue recognition leases and other material issues
• Manage account payable
• Manage relationship with insurance brokers and ensure company is covered appropriately for all insurable risks
