Chef de Partie
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and kitchen organisation.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-standard la carte kitchen.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong leadership skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Valid Work Permit

For this position we offer either a 40-hour contract or a 40-hour 8 hours of guaranteed overtime. The latter has a salary of 21919 p.a.
