Job Description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Independent Living Service
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: 28.40 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) in Independent Living Service Team based in Wolverhampton.
What will your responsibilities be
- Work as a field-based Occupational Therapist within the Independent Living Service
- Complete assessments for individuals with complex health and social care conditions
- Provide recommendations and support for aids and adaptations to promote independence and safety
- Collaborate with service users carers and professionals to deliver tailored support plans

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- Experience in community-based work with a focus on aids and adaptations
