Job Description
Were looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Digital Marketing Communications team to support the promotion and development of email marketing. Based from NEXTs Head Office in Enderby on a hybrid basis on a 12 month FTC.

About the Role:
This role will deliver the email campaigns spanning from one-time deployments to automated programs. The role will entail supporting the wider marketing team with their scheduled activities with the goal of developing into the subject matter expert for email marketing as they gain training and experience. What else is involved
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up scheduling and deployment of one-time recurring and triggered campaigns.
- Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create bespoke campaigns to increase sales drive engagement and retention on email.
- Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
- Reporting on all email KPIs generated through email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the day to day administration tasks
About You:
Reporting to the Digital Communications Lead the ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver able to work within a large global team of marketers working across APAC Australia and the Americas.
- Experience with Bloomreach or Exponea is preferred
- A basic understanding of HTML Python or Ginger is preferred
- Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure
- Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
- Aptitude for attention to detail
- Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
- Effective team player; can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level user of the Google Suite
- Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment working on email marketing or ecommerce.
