Customer Service Administrator Telford Permanent 26000

Opportunity:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Providing key administrative support to our busy Sales Tea
  • Processing sales and purchase orders with accuracy and efficient
  • Raising claims with suppliers for any damaged or faulty goods
  • Taking on varied administrative duties to support smooth day-to-day operations

Personal Profile:

  • Previous experience in administration or a customer service-focused office role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence to take initiative and work independently
