RQ09374 - Sr. Project Manager/Leader (Jira Trello Azure DevOps Microsoft Project Miro Microsoft Teams and Confluence Azure)

Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote
Contract (8 months)
- Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap detailing feature releases enhancements and long-term product vision.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on their impact value and feasibility balancing short-term needs with the long-term product strategy.
- Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams manage timelines and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and collaborate with junior Product Managers providing guidance on best practices and helping them grow in their roles. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure team development and knowledge sharing.
Must Have:
- 8 years experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex multi-phase projects in a regulated or public sector environment.
- Proven ability to meet project timelines deliverables and budgets especially on multi-year multi-million-dollar projects multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Skilled in identifying assessing and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines budget or deliverables.
- Familiarity with Ontario Public Sector project management standards including PMO Stage Gate process ITIL process and compliance documentation.
- Project management software such as Jira Trello Azure DevOps Microsoft Project
- Collaboration tools such as Miro Microsoft Teams and Confluence
- Microsoft Azure
