Full-Time Temporary (7 weeks)
Seasonal Workplace Learning Administrator
40 hours/week
Waterloo Ontario
As aSeasonal Workplace Learning Administrator you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the Workplace Learning department. Youll play a key role in maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) supporting employee orientation and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee profiles and course content in the LMS.
- Enroll and manage employees in the insured driver system.
- Support the instructors-only intranet section with up-to-date materials.
- Troubleshoot E-learning login and technical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders including Direct Support Professionals and Program Managers.
- Offer feedback and assist in the development of orientation processes
What Were Looking For:
- The successful candidate should be between the ages of 18 to 30 at the start of employment be a Canadian citizen permanent resident or refugee and be legally entitled to work in Canada as per the Canada Summer Jobs participant requirements.
- Post-secondary education (completed or in progress) in Human Resources E-Learning or a related field.
- 01 year of related experience; data entry or database experience is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and online learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience with E-Learning systems is an asset.
