About Us

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG)plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW operating 56 Schools and nine Early LearningCentres(ELCs).The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.

The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement Catholic Identity School and Family Services Strategy and Special Projects Finance and Infrastructure Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.

About the Role

The College Technical Support Officer (TSO) works within the CECG Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team and is responsible for delivering first and second-level ICT support to staff students and other stakeholders within the College. This role operates within organisational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs). The College TSO responds to daily technical issues service requests and managing hardware and software support tasks ensuring the smooth operation of ICT services within the college and other local systemic schools. The College TSO works with a level of independence in their daily activities but is supported by a Technical Support Lead Senior Technical Support staff and other CECG ICT Officers as required.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III or IV in Information and Communication Technology or relevant field.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Childrens Check (WWCC) registrations.
  • Drivers Licence
