1. Ensures all students are engaged in a learning experience that supports intellectual and social-emotional growth in a competency based learning environment;2. Works collaboratively with building principal students staff and families to support student and staff needs;3. Works directly with students to adopt behaviors that substantially increase their academic performance; 4. Promotes and uses a push-in model of targeted individualized intervention5. Under the supervision of the building Principal provides diversified instructional strategies and activities specifically designed for targeted students6. Consults with and maintains a positive professional relationship with grade level teachers and parents about specific student academic needs7. Lead data driven team meeting for ongoing progress monitoring8. Demonstrated knowledge of how to support the social-emotional needs of students9. Ability to assist in the implementation the Littleton School District educational vision
