About The Role: Our Process Production Engineer designs optimizes and manages production processes leads projects implements continuous improvements provides technical expertise and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Designs and Optimizes Processes: Develops configures and refines production processes from initial concept to certified operation including researching new equipment
Manages and Troubleshoots Production: Oversees day-to-day optimization of production lines assists with troubleshooting performs root cause analysis and monitors equipment performance
Leads and Participates in Projects: Manages and contributes to capital expenditure and process improvement projects ensuring successful completion within budget and time
Drives Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluates and enhances equipment and processes to boost efficiency improve quality and develop best practices
Provides Technical Expertise and Ensures Compliance: Acts as a technical consultant stays current with industry developments performs risk assessments and ensures all processes and documentation meet internal and external regulations.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Engineering
5 years experience in production/manufacturing environment
