What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage roofing and envelope projects valued at $1M to $10M
- Oversee project execution from safety to scheduling and cost control
- Lead work in secure and sensitive facilities (hospitals government education)
- Collaborate across clients subs and internal teams
- Solve challenges in real-time and deliver high-quality results
- Evaluate post-project performance and recommend improvements
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience managing commercial roofing or envelope projects
- Hands-on knowledge of TPO PVC EPDM metal systems and waterproofing
- Strong project controls experience with Procore The Edge and MS Office
- Proven ability to manage in occupied or high-security environments
- OSHA 30 or 500 required; LEED or EM 385 is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
