Campus Minister- Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program Notre Dame Prep a Marist sponsored school is seeking a Campus Minister for grades Pre-K-5 primarily responsible for implementing the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) program planning and coordinating weekly liturgies and fostering a faith-rich environment for students staff and families. Become a part of the Campus Ministry team providing a framework that listens to and responds to the spiritual and stewardship growth needs throughout the NDP community shepherding its members toward transformational discipleship infused by the Marist Charism. Seeking applicants with CGS certification Level I and II (Level III preferred). - Coordinate and lead weekly CGS sessions for 15 classes in an atrium environment preparing and maintaining the sacred atrium space ensuring materials are in good condition aligned with CGS guidelines and creating new works as needed.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding CGS themes and continuing faith enrichment at home.
- Meet regularly with the campus ministry team working together on faith formation experiences resources retreats and infusion of Marist Charism for the entire NDP community students faculty and staff.
- Collaborate with teachers and administration to live out the liturgical season as a faith community and provide opportunities for spiritual development for all staff.
- Organize and coordinate weekly school liturgies ensuring student participation and training in liturgical roles such as lectors gift bearers and altar servers.
- Collaborate with priests campus ministry team and music teacher and technology to prepare readings music and liturgical elements.
- Plan and facilitate seasonal prayer services and liturgical celebrations (Advent Lent Feast Days living rosary stations of the cross etc.).
- Be a visible presence on campus offering pastoral support and fostering a vibrant faith community rooted in a Christ-centered identity and in missionary discipleship for students staff and families.
- Encourage appreciation for our Catholic faith and Marist charism and deeper participation in the life of the Church.
