Responsibilities
Were looking for a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to help shape the future of care at Burnett Extended Care Center our brand-new 154-bed transitional care facility scheduled to open this summer on the Community Regional campus. Burnett is designed to redefine the standard of extended care in the Central Valley with specialized units including transitional care and memory care advanced rehab gym spaces a simulated home environment and therapeutic courtyards.
In this role youll care for patients recovering from illness surgery or hospitalization many of whom present with medically complex or rehabilitation-focused needs. Youll play a key role in helping patients safely transition out of the acute care setting while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture from day one. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements Licenses and Certifications
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
