About the role
As a member of theteam we are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive professional to join our Accounting team. In this role you will primarily focus on resolving exceptions in the Accounting process to ensure timely invoice payments. Youll serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders responding to invoice-related inquiries via email. This position involves minimal phone communication and is ideal for someone who excels at written communication troubleshooting process issues and supporting smooth financial operations.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Keyboarding and software proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Must have familiarity with computers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00.
