Customer Representative (German-speaking) Cruise Line
Remote from Porto Portugal
Languages: German (C1) & English (B2)

About the Role

Join a global leader in tech and services supporting a major cruise line brand. As part of our remote team in Portugal youll help customers plan and manage their dream holidays selling packages answering queries and offering top-notch service.

What Youll Do

  • Sell and upsell cruise packages and extras

  • Support customers with bookings and post-booking issues

  • Assist travel agents with reservations

  • Answer questions on destinations documentation and pricing

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and customer-first mindset

  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
