Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing leader in the digital entertainment industry driving innovative marketing strategies to fuel mobile game growth. They are looking for a creative data-savvy and results-driven marketer to join their expanding PPC team with a dedicated focus on YouTube advertising. If youre passionate about performance marketing through video know how to capture attention in the first five seconds and have the technical skills to drive conversions through YouTube this role is for you. Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy execution and ongoing optimization of YouTube Ads campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Develop and manage full-funnel YouTube advertising campaigns using in-stream bumper discovery and video action ads
  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies using custom segments remarketing affinity and intent-based targeting
  • Collaborate closely with creative and video production teams to guide messaging visuals and format selection
  • Track and optimize performance metrics including CPV VTR CTR ROAS CPA and engagement rates
  • Monitor ad placement quality and ensure brand safety and compliance with YouTube policies
  • Use data to A/B test creatives audiences and bidding strategies to improve performance across regions
  • Create custom dashboards and performance reports to share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM BI and Product teams to align campaigns with broader acquisition and retention goals
  • Stay current on YouTube Ads platform updates creative trends and emerging targeting opportunities
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to click fraud and invalid traffic (IVT)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on YouTube Ads experience ideally in a performance-driven environment (e.g. iGaming e-commerce mobile apps)
  • Demonstrated ability to run and optimize global YouTube PPC campaigns across diverse regions
  • Solid understanding of video advertising funnels and creative strategy
  • Experience with Google Ads (Video campaigns) and YouTube Studio
  • Skilled in campaign data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 4 Looker Studio Power BI or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working with multiple languages markets and local compliance standards
  • Familiarity with video production and creative briefing process
  • Google Ads Certification (Video) is a plus
  • Proficient in English; other languages are a strong asset
  • Proactive self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
