About the Role
As a Content Moderator you will play a key role in reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and platform standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient culturally aware and committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review reported content such as text images and videos
- Evaluate content according to platform policies and guidelines
- Make quick and accurate decisions regarding flagged content
- Identify emerging trends and escalate sensitive issues
- Work with internal teams to continuously improve content review processes
Who You Are
- Fluent in Arabic (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or disturbing content
- Detail-oriented reliable and committed to team goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
Work Conditions
- 40 hours/week on a rotating shift schedule
- Full paid training provided
- 12-month renewable contract with opportunities for long-term growth
- On-site role in Lisbon Portugal
