Were Hiring: Experienced Appointment Setter (AEC Industry Preferred in UK)
Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate
Work Hours: Aligned with UK Business Hours (preferred)
Are you a skilled Appointment Setter with a knack for communication and a background in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry Were looking for a driven professional who can confidently handle outbound outreach and schedule high-quality meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send follow-ups to warm and cold leads.

Qualify prospects and set appointments for our sales or project teams.

Maintain and update CRM records accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with leads via phone email or chat.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English proficiency required).

Must have experience working with UK clients or during UK time zones.
- Preferably with AEC industry knowledge (architecture engineering or construction services).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot GHL).

Must be highly organized self-motivated and results-driven.

Immediate availability is highly preferred
