Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs and workshops aligned with FESCs goals and members needs.
- Communicate with subject matter experts to create training materials curricula and resources.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions ensuring effective logistics management.
- Promote training workshops and partnership opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to training and partnership.
- Seek feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve training and partnerships.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and educational institutions for joint initiatives.
- Seek sponsorship to support FESC.
- Recruit new school members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in program development and implementation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and partnerships.
- Good level of English Proficiency.
