Job Description

Industry: Association/NGO
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs and workshops aligned with FESCs goals and members needs.
  • Communicate with subject matter experts to create training materials curricula and resources.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions ensuring effective logistics management.
  • Promote training workshops and partnership opportunities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to training and partnership.
  • Seek feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve training and partnerships.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and educational institutions for joint initiatives.
  • Seek sponsorship to support FESC.
  • Recruit new school members.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in program development and implementation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and partnerships.
  • Good level of English Proficiency.
