Your Tasks
Proactively management of global accounts receivable: Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers via email phone and other tools to ensure timely payment of invoices
Dispute resolution and collaboration: cross-functional collaboration with Sales Customer Support Accounting and Tax to investigate and resolve overdue receivables or service-related issues affecting payments.
Customer Communication and relationship management: maintain a professional and customer-centric approach to collections that supports long-term client satisfaction and retention
Ensure compliance with regional laws and customer policies: understand and apply internal and international invoicing tax and collections regulations across key markets
Reporting and metrics tracking: working with different tools and reports to monitor collection activities and provide reuglar updates on aging and overdue reasons
Your Profile
Strong communication skills: professional stakeholder oriented communication in english (written and spoken) german and other languages are a plus; able to communicate diplomatically and effectively with customers and internal teams
Ability to work independently in a global environement: comfortable managing collections across time zones and cultures organizational skills and proactive approach
Knowledge of Billing and ERP Systems: Experience of invoice submission processes and billing systems e.g. Salesforce Navision SAP
