As an Account Manager for the Bundeswehr & External Security sector you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within mission-critical public organizations. In this strategic role you represent UiPath with key institutions such as the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) BAAINBw and other entities focused on national and external security.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong network in the Bundeswehr ecosystem deep understanding of process optimization within public defense structures and ideally a background in the software industry. Reservists with IT experience or leadership roles in digital innovation within the armed forces are particularly encouraged to apply..
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Bundeswehr and external security organizations
Design and execute go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partner
Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholdersfrom operational units to senior leadership
Present and promote UiPaths value proposition through tailored use cases and consultative selling
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success PreSales) and external partners (integrators resellers) to ensure successful deployments
Analyze industry and competitor developments to align UiPaths approach with market-specific requirements
Deliver account plans business cases and regular reports on customer needs opportunities and risks
Qualifications
Deep understanding of organizational structures processes and procurement dynamics within the Bundeswehr or related institutions
Proven sales experience in the software industry preferably in defense-related environments
Established and reliable network within the Bundeswehr ecosystem (including decision-makers influencers and key users)
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear outcome-oriented way
Strategic mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
Military experience or active reserve duty with a technology or leadership background is highly welcome
Fluent in German proficient in English
