German-Speaking Email & Chat Support Relocate to Malta (No Calls!)
Ready for a career move that combines purpose and a Mediterranean lifestyle Were hiring German-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderation Specialists to join our team in Maltaand yes this is a no-phone role (email & chat only).
What Youll Do
Respond to users via email and live chatno calls involved
Support customers in German and English with accurate friendly communication
Review and moderate user content to ensure it meets safety guidelines
Flag inappropriate content and escalate when needed
What Were Looking For

Fluency in German and good written English

Detail-oriented motivated and tech-comfortable (Word Excel etc.)

Open to shifts including evenings and weekends

No experience No problem. Full training is provided
