Description du poste
Dans le cadre de la mise en place de lquipe de la plateforme ServiceNow et de la gestion de lITSM un service de dveloppement ServiceNow est ncessaire pour raliser une stratgie de suivi 24/7 base sur les meilleures pratiques de ServiceNow.
Responsabilits
Analyse des demandes mtiers et dveloppement sur ServiceNow;
Mise en uvre de nouveaux usages avec les meilleures pratiques de ServiceNow;
Cration et mise en uvre de plans de test;
Ralisation dimportations de donnes de rapports de cartographie des donnes de cration dcrans de cration de flux de travail et dautres implmentations connexes;
Rsolution dincidents;
Mise en place de catalogues de services.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 ans dexprience avec limplmentation de ServiceNow dans des environnements informatiques complexe;
Titulaire de la certification dadministrateur systme ServiceNow - CSA;
Excellente communication en anglais. Langlais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients lextrieur du Qubec.
Seuls les candidats lgalement autoriss travailler pour tout employeur au Canada seront considrs.
