Office Manager Rehab Therapy Department
Biloxi Mississippi
Mid South is hiring a full-time Office Manager to work with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a new state-of- the-art nursing home located in the Tradition community in Biloxi Mississippi.

Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital with outpatient department. Our therapists provide physical occupational and speech therapy services. The position has regular contact with staff members patients and patients families.

Qualifications
- Welcoming and kind by nature.
- Minimum of (1) year of clerical and computer experience required preferably in a medical office setting
- Insurance authorization and verification experience a PLUS
- Experiencewith scheduling scanning fielding phone calls
- Organized and good with time-management
- Excellent writing skills are required for emails memos etc.
