Talent Attraction Intern - Houston TX
Department: Human Resources Talent Attraction
Location: Houston TX - Onsite
Purpose
As a Talent Attraction Intern at Tenaris you will support regional recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates maintaining talent pools and contributing to the improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools. This role offers hands-on experience in candidate engagement market analysis and HR data reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates (headhunting referrals school/job boards).
- Conduct market analysis to identify high-demand job titles.
- Maintain job requisitions and talent databases.
- Support implementation of improvements in TA tools and processes (TAAT).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR Business Psychology or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word Outlook etc.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as SuccessFactors LinkedIn Indeed and other job boards.
- Ability to support the Talent Attraction team in managing high-volume recruitment.
- Analytical organized and detail-oriented.
- Effective communicator with a proactive mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
