Compensation: Competitive base pay high-earning commission potential
- Driving in-studio membership sales through warm leads referrals and strong follow-up
- Representing Stretch Zone at local events businesses gyms and health fairs
- Building partnerships and generating leads through targeted community outreach
- Booking complimentary stretch sessions and converting leads to memberships
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and educating clients on the benefits of assisted stretching
- Collaborating with the owner and studio team to execute marketing campaigns and promotions
- Proven success in inside/outside sales fitness wellness or hospitality industries
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and resilient under pressure
- Confident representing the brand in public settings and cold outreach
- Passion for health wellness and helping others feel their best

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential whether they are an professional athlete weekend warrior couch potato or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence but continually improving in skill to further ones expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE NASM ACSM NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
