Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment for page creation or landing pages that are in line with team and organization goals
- Update data/stats/numbers across site
- Migration of CMS platforms and page transition
- Attending meetings essential to the respective vertical and function
- Typo/wording/minor error fixes or accuracy updates
- Creating/updating scholarship pages
- Creating/updating partners pages
- Posting state news releases
- Posting state college and general blogs
- Monitoring identifying and fixing broken links (through Monsido)
- Publishing all other pages for WGU
- Support stakeholders in author responsibilities for their respective pages and sections
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skill and Abilities:
- Website design content creation and general non-profit knowledge
- Interpret complex content for general audiences.
- Ability to lay out web pages with the user/client audience in mind.
- Ability to maintain many simultaneous projects set and deliver upon realistic timelines work as a team and with autonomy.
- Ability to train and teach others basic content management system skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills detail oriented
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with CMS required (preferably AEM)
- 3 years of website content experience required
- Bachelors Degree in a related field required or equivalent experience (1 year of experience for 1 year of education)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in higher education
- Working knowledge of HTML or markdown

Position & Application Details
