Qualifications
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required
Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required
Licenses & Certifications
Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical occupational or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
CPR certification. Required
Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision. Required
