As a Field Force Platform Coordinator youll be the go-to expert for three key platformsFUSE GEMS and Veevaensuring smooth operations accurate documentation and seamless collaboration across commercial and medical functions. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as system superuser for FUSE providing guidance and support to commercial teams
  • Upload and manage marketing and sales materials in the MLR approval system
  • Link references to claims and ensure metadata accuracy in submitted content
  • Guide requesters through MAP/PSDS processes and manage related documentation
  • Support CRM (Veeva) users with daily operations and issue resolution
  • Oversee stakeholder data input across enterprise systems like Power Apps and SharePoint
  • Monitor KPIs to align system performance with strategic goals

Essential Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in managing document workflows and approval processes
  • Working knowledge of FUSE GEMS DocuSign ESOPS and Veeva systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage metadata and references
  • Communicative level of English both written and spoken
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and support multiple stakeholders

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience supporting field-based teams in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Apps for data coordination and reporting
