Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Architect with specific experience in Healthcare Libraries Churches and Museumprojects. This role requires management of projects from design concept through construction administration.
- Ability to manage projects collaborate with consultants and lead project teams independently.
- Strong graphics drafting and visual presentation skills.
- Construction Documentation (including design details).
- supporting the construction administration process
- Building codes
- Multi-family experience strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCad Required
- Proficiency in Revit Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelors Degree in Architecture is required. Strong computer skills are required. Masters in Architecture desired.
