Leasing Specialist Meadow Creek Apartments

Location: Westminster MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Starting Pay: $21 per hour commission & bonus opportunities

Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in creating a welcoming community by assisting prospective residents maintaining positive relationships with current residents and driving leasing success through excellent customer service marketing efforts and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents conduct property tours and guide applicants through the leasing process
  • Track and log all inquiries phone calls and walk-in traffic
  • Prepare weekly traffic reports and maintain marketing materials
  • Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready by coordinating unit preparations and performing light cleaning as needed
  • Plan and execute resident retention initiatives including community events and outreach programs
  • Monitor market trends and visit competitor properties quarterly to stay informed on specials and pricing
  • Assist management in building strong resident relations and supporting daily operations
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and promote the community through outreach events
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for resident documents invoices and vendor records
  • Assist with administrative duties including handling resident correspondence scheduling tours and processing paperwork

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior leasing sales or customer service experience preferred
