Fresno CA
Starting at $24.50 per hour plus .50 shift premium
2nd Shift Full-Time On-site
Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking to join a dynamic and safety-driven team We are seeking a skilled individual to operate and maintain CNC machinery at our Fresno CA facility. If you take pride in precision work and thrive in a hands-on fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Perform precision tool machining operations including monitoring feed rates speeds and using specialized instruments.
Inspect parts using calipers micrometers gauges indicators and scales to ensure high accuracy and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions by editing specifications and supporting maintenance routines.
Follow preventative maintenance schedules ensuring clean and safe workspaces.
Meet or exceed production goals related to cycle time output quantity and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints machine instructions and special project guidelines.
Potentially program CNC machines by calculating dimensions and setting correct parameters.
Work independently under general supervision solving moderately complex issues and escalating higher-level concerns when necessary.
Serve as a resource to junior team members through mentoring or coaching when needed.
Operate safely in an active warehouse environment around heavy machinery.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
24 years of CNC machining or related experience
Proficient in reading writing and performing basic math
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a technical school or skilled trades program
Experience in a warehouse environment ideally in the metals industry
Prior forklift operation experience
Skilled in using handheld measuring tools
Comfortable with basic computer applications and CNC interface software
