Digital Sales Manager -

General Summary:

The Digital Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring and finding new customers or business prospects to sell software products to. This role works in partnership cross-functionally to expand the ConnectWise partner base by managing the sales life cycle through its entirety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides cross-functional support with a high attention to detail
  • Researches analyzes and documents findings
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Acquires and manages all new partner customers within our Ideal Customer Profile and within your designated territory
  • Prospects for new accounts through telephone cold calling and email communication
  • Provides online demos and webinars of ConnectWise solutions to potential customers
  • Qualifies prospective accounts to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve annual sales goals
  • Negotiates opportunity terms discounts implementation
  • Close sales that meet the ConnectWise standards for pricing margins terms and conditions
  • Follows the sales forecast process to manage pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities Required:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.   • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
  • Ability to manage sales process from negotiating to close
  • Knowledge of prospective customer buying process
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques related to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Bachelors degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2 years of related experience

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid based out of our Tampa FL office
  • 0-10% travel may be required
