Job Description
LINQM is in need of an experienced Architectural Designer that has both 3D and 2D experience with drafting and design.
The person:
- Bachelors degree in interior design or architecture
- 3 years of experience in drafting
- Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as Auto CAD Revit 3d Studio MAX Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and/or SketchUp
The role:
- Develop / create complete set of Architectural construction / contract documents for various site projects
- Participate in all project phases including conceptual designs presentations schematic design design development construction documents and production
