General Manager El Dorado AR Location: El Dorado AR (remote market)
Salary: $55000$60000 (up to $65000) 10% quarterly bonus
Relocation: Offered
About the Role Youll be the on-site leader at one of our established Southern restaurant concepts driving P&L performance brand compliance guest satisfaction and team development. Reporting directly to regional leadership youll operate with full autonomyowning every facet of daily operations while collaborating with a small executive group that values entrepreneurial spirit over corporate bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of hourly and salaried staff
Own P&L: budget planning cost controls forecasting and financial analysis
Ensure inventory accuracy labor compliance and scheduling efficiency
Maintain brand standards in service food quality and facility upkeep
Drive local marketing initiatives community engagement and guest loyalty
Implement process improvements to boost throughput margins and retention
Model frontline leadership: step in during peak hours handle guest recovery train new hires
What Were Looking For
35 years as a General Manager in QSR casual dining or multi-unit chains
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets controlling costs and reducing turnover
Exceptional communication strategic planning and decision-making skills
Highly self-sufficient resourceful and process-orientedable to thrive with minimal oversight
Deep commitment to upholding brand culture and operational excellence
Willingness to relocate or commute into El Dorado is a plus
