Were looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join Snaps Business & Profile Monetization team!
Our team builds powerful intuitive products that help brands and creators monetize on Snapchat enabling businesses and public users to achieve measurable success.
What youll do:
Manage and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced quick-to-market environment
Set the strategy build a roadmap create measurable goals and lead your team to deliver
Collaborate with Product Operation Data Science and Engineering teams and executive stakeholders
Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions and be a strong technical mentor
Hire grow and retain high-performing team members
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Expertise in modern programming languages such as : Objective C/Swift or Java/Kotline or TypeScript language.
Experience in building mobile applications with Cross-Platform solution e.g. React Native or Flutter.
Experience with leading an engineering team
Ability leading and executing large complex technical initiatives
Strong product sense.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or equivalent years of practical work experience
8 years of post-Bachelors software development experience; or a Masters degree in a technical field 7 year of post-grad software development experience; or a PhD in a related technical field 4 years of post-grad software development experience
1 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of delivery in rapidly changing highly collaborative multi-stakeholder environments
Experience with building and maintaining mission-critical and highly-available global systems

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $229000-$343000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
