Their products are certified and engineered to exceed industry standards for durability performance and customer satisfaction. They work closely with dealers distributors and trade partners supporting them with innovative products responsive service and effective sales SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager drives market growth by developing strong customer relationships identifying new business opportunities and closing sales. This individual is responsible for planning negotiation and maintaining a deep understanding of the window and door industry. The role includes managing both existing accounts and developing new strategic partnerships across defined ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of customer relationships including annual planning product training marketing support and issue new business with trade partners aligned with our product sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client needs and future and track a pipeline of opportunities; build accurate forecasts and meet sales clear and compelling product presentations; articulate competitive with internal teams across sales operations and product and pursue new sales channels campaigns and distribution showrooms and displays are up-to-date clean and represent the product travel and entertainment expenses within in pricing discussions and contribute to solution 510 years of sales experience in windows doors or building materialsStrong communication presentation and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsAnalytical thinker with the ability to plan and execute strategicallyHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint)Experience managing complex accounts or territoriesWillingness to travel as needed Benefits401(k) with company matchMonthly commissionCar allowanceMedical dental and vision insuranceEmployee discount programPaid time offReferral program
