Job Description
Senior Helpers is seeking a Care Team Coordinator M-F 8am-5pm with rotating weekendsto work in their West Fargooffice.

Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Under direct supervision of the Care Team Manager (CTM) assist in training and mentoring other caregivers
- Introduce caregivers to clients
- Respond to call outs and assist in navigating client needs for the day
- Utilization in Senior Helpers Fractional Care model
- May assist with office duties such as answering phones filing andtraining
- Daily communication withCTM and scheduler
- Accept on-call duties with rotating weekends and evenings as needed
Qualifications:
- Team player excellent verbal and communication skills adaptable in different situations possess excellent client interaction skills able to multi-task and work independently
- 3 years of caregiving experience
- CNA or skilled caregiver
- Able to work with cats and dogs
- TB test
