Job Description
Site Technician
Location: Rivers Gate/Carrollwood Middle River MD
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18/hour
Rivers Gate/Carrollwood located in Middle River MD is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Site Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the community remains clean safe and visually appealing for residents and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a team player who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of property upkeep and is willing to support the maintenance team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of indoor common areas (lobbies hallways etc.)
Perform routine exterior grounds work including trash pickup and snow removal
Keep sidewalks and pathways clear and well-maintained
Assist maintenance technicians with general property upkeep
Paint apartment units and common areas as needed
Perform light carpentry such as drywall patching and screen repairs
Support overall efforts to maintain a clean welcoming environment for all residents
