TechZone is a department of Illinois State University that provides technology sales and service assistance to ISU students faculty staff and annuitants.
This is an entry level position and will focus on providing first level assistance to sales and service customers.
In subsequent semesters opportunities for retention or advancement may be available including sales second level technical support or hardware repair.
Student employees are eligible to participate in the Universitys 403(b) Plan. More information can be foundhere.

Hours will be scheduled around student class schedule/availability. Typical business hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm Friday and 10am-1pm Saturday. Additional evening/weekend hours may be scheduled for special events.

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
